Poached Eggs Over Toasted Brioche

It’s time to make what I call a ‘breakfast dinner’. This dinner is pretty self explanatory. It is the time for you to enjoy your breakfast favorite at the best meal of the day. This dinner is delicious and not your average dinner or breakfast - but it is something that you and your party will enjoy.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup (packed) fresh basil leaves
1/2 small garlic clove
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 large eggs
2 1/2-inch-thick slices brioche or egg bread, toasted
Parmesan cheese shavings

1 cup Summerwhite peach puree
1/2 cup peach brandy
2 tablespoons sugar

Pork Tenderloin Wrapped In Bacon

Nothing is more delicious than to bite into a juicy pork tenderloin that is surrounded by crunchy bacon and has been cooked to perfection on the grill. Because it’s summer you need to clean off your grill and invite the friends over for a barbecue to remember.
