Banana Milkshake

Summer is quickly leaving and taking with it the warm weather that we have grown to love. Before the cold weather takes its place and settles in you need to have at least one more fling. Milkshakes are like ice cream in the fact that you will always crave them when there is warm weather.

They are able to cool your palette and help you to enjoy the warm weather. The banana milkshake is delicious, healthy, and easy to make. It makes for a great drink to make during your labor day barbecue and something the kids will love you for.

Ingredients:

2 bananas, peeled and sliced
7 ice cubes
5 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

In a blender, combine the bananas, ice cubes, milk and sugar. Cover, and blend for 2 minutes, or until ice is finely crushed.
