Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

Bacon jalapeno wraps may seem like an unusual mixture – but they make for a delicious appetizer before a big meal. Make sure to make enough because these won’t last very long.

Ingredients:

- 6 fresh jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 12 slices bacon

Directions:

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Spread cream cheese to fill jalapeno halves. Wrap with bacon. Secure with a toothpick.

Roasted Red Pepper Torte

If you are entertaining a large party then one of the best appetizers that you can serve is a roasted red pepper, parsley, and ham torte. It is very elegant and has a great mix of flavors that people will love. Don’t let the name intimdate you it is actually an easy dish to make. Make sure to make this a day in advance and to unmold it an hour before you serve.

• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

• 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 pinch paprika
