These cookies are delicious and also unusual when compared to your average chocolate chip cookies. They make for a great snack for anyone to enjoy and can even be served as dessert for a family gathering or a small get-together.
Ingredients:
8 ounces almond paste
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 drops green food coloring
4 drops yellow food coloring
4 drops red food coloring
1 (12 ounce) jar seedless raspberry jam, heated
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Nothing is better than fresh and homemade oatmeal raisin cookies. These are great for an afternoon snack and go perfect with a glass of milk.
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup margarine, softened
• 3 tablespoons fructose sweetener
• 2 egg whites
• 3/4 cup applesauce
• 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
• 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
• 1/3 cup chopped raisins

Mothers are always trying to find new ways to get their children to eat their vegetables. I don’t know about most of them, but here’s a good snack that will get them to eat their spinach. When you make a great spinach dip with chips children are bound to eat. Just make sure you don’t tell them what’s in it.
It makes a great after school snack and is easy and fast to prepare on those busy days.

For anyone who loves Mexican then you would love to try to experiment with making guacamole dip. It is an incredibly easy snack to make and it is one that everyone will enjoy. It also makes for a great appetizer if you are planning on making a Mexican dish that would go well with it.
Ingredients Are:
2 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
2 teaspoons salt
1 large tomato, diced
1 onion, diced
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
