When it comes to Christmas you want to have sweets available all day long for everyone to snack on to keep them awake and ready to play games all night long. But you will be cooking all day long so you need an easy recipe that doesn’t require an oven. No cook fudge is tasty and it is easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound processed cheese food, cubed
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 pounds confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

Melt butter and cheese together into a nonstick saucepan and stir until it is smooth. The mixture needs to stay over low heat. In a mixing bowl combine confectioners’ sugar and cocoa until there are no lumps.

Combine sugar mixture with cheese and melted butter. Stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Press mixture into 2 lightly buttered 9×13” pans. Let them cool until firm. Cut them into small squares.
