Peppercorn Beef & Peppers

Peppercorn beef and peppers is a great way to spice up your average meal and make into something that the whole family will enjoy. It is simple to put together and can even be cooked in under 30 minutes leaving you more time to do more of the things that you truly enjoy.

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. top sirloin steak
1/2 lg. green bell pepper
1/2 lg. red pepper
1/2 lg. yellow pepper
1/2 lg. red onion
1/2 c. A1 Cracked Peppercorn Steak Sauce
4 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

Thinly slicing steak and marinate in A1 sauce in a Ziploc bag, set aside. Sauté thinly sliced onions and peppers in 2 tbsp. olive oil until cooked, but not mushy. Remove to bowl. In remaining 2 tbsp. olive oil sauté marinated steak for approximately 5 minutes. Spread in bottom and add pepper and onion mixture on top and cover. Simmer on medium-high for approximately 5 minutes. Uncover and toss together, leave on medium-high heat and reduce liquid tossing occasionally.
