Truffles With Spice

What could be better to eat on Valentine’s Day than pure chocolate! It is essential that everyone receive this bit of delicious wonder on this very special day in order to make it truly special. Yet, why buy tons of it when you can make it yourself? Making these delicious truffles with spice is something that your loved one will love.

They are easy to make, easy to prepare, and will melt in your mouth with each bite that you take. The fact that you cared enough to make them something will be more than enough for them on this Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients Are:

4 oz. bittersweet chocolate
4 oz. white chocolate
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. cinnamon

Directions Are:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate and cream. Cook, stirring, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and cinnamon.

Pour into a small dish and refrigerate until set, but not hard, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Use to fill candies or form balls and roll in toppings. Some of the best toppings are crushed nuts or heath bar.
